Welcome to CC+, a relational database of coiled-coil structures!

This database has been developed to help probe our understanding of the sequence-to-structure relationships in coiled-coil protein structures. The original version of the database was — published here — please refer to Testa et al. NAR, 2008. New coiled coils found in the structures deposited in RCSB-PDB, will be added automaticaly to the database on every Thursday of the week.
